AllWays Able LTD
Online Purchases & Membership Terms

You Can. Always.

These terms apply to purchases made through the AllWays Able LTD website, including memberships, online classes and fitness services where booked online. Please read them before paying. They operate alongside our Privacy Policy, safeguarding and participation policies, and any specific information displayed for the service at checkout.

1. About us AllWays Able LTD provides inclusive music and adapted fitness activities for people with disabilities and other participants. Contact: contact@allwaysableltd.com | allwaysableltd.com. Instagram and Facebook: @allwaysableltd. For formal legal notices, our registered business address and company registration number should also be displayed or linked on the website [ADD/VERIFY BEFORE PUBLICATION].

2. Our services and current prices Individual Music Membership: €55 per month for one participant. Residential Group Music Membership: €85 per month for participants at one residential house (two or more participants); each separate residential house needs its own membership. Fitness & Music Membership: €90 per month, including the weekly live music class and two updated prerecorded fitness videos per month (advanced and seated options). Pay-as-you-go online music class: €15 per class. In-person 1-to-1 adapted fitness: €65 for 45 minutes; online 1-to-1 fitness: €50 per session. Group fitness pricing is quoted and agreed individually, including any minimum numbers or fees. Prices and exact inclusions shown on the product page at the time of purchase take precedence over this summary if they differ; any changes to an existing subscription will be communicated as required.

3. Weekly music classes and access Live music classes currently run on Thursdays, 5:30–6:15 pm (Ireland time), via Zoom. The first introductory music class may be offered free when expressly agreed. A fresh Zoom link is issued weekly; eligible members receive the link by email, normally on Wednesdays. Links are for authorised participants or the subscribing residential house and must not be shared externally. Internet access, a suitable device and reasonable supervision/support arrangements are the participant’s or organisation’s responsibility. Participation is voluntary; participants may take breaks or leave.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation Monthly memberships renew automatically and are charged using the billing date and payment method shown at checkout. The price, billing frequency, included services and any minimum term must be clearly shown before purchase. Members may request cancellation at any time through their Wix account if that option is available, or by emailing contact@allwaysableltd.com. We will confirm the effective cancellation date. Unless a legal right or a separately agreed refund applies, cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. Customers should cancel before their next renewal to avoid another charge; if they need help, contact us promptly. We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee.

5. Statutory cancellation rights for online purchases Consumers purchasing online may have a 14-day statutory right to cancel certain distance contracts, subject to the applicable Irish consumer-law rules and exceptions. The starting point and available exceptions depend on whether the purchase is a service, digital content or an ongoing supply. If a customer expressly asks for a service to begin within the cancellation period and then validly cancels, a proportionate charge may be payable for service already supplied, where the law permits. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of a cancellation right depends on the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation steps; merely accepting these general terms does not itself waive that right. Nothing here removes any statutory rights. Contact us at the email above to exercise a cancellation right; we will provide the applicable instructions and any required refund.

6. Missed sessions, schedule changes and refunds If a participant misses a live class for personal reasons, an automatic refund or replacement is not normally provided, subject to statutory rights and any specific agreement. If AllWays Able cancels a paid session or cannot provide a material part of the purchased service, we will offer an appropriate rearrangement, credit or refund as required by law and the circumstances. Planned breaks, including Christmas dates, will be communicated in advance; where fewer classes are supplied than the relevant billing arrangement reasonably provides for, an appropriate adjustment or partial refund will be considered and made where due. For December 2026, no live music class is planned on 24 or 31 December; affected memberships will be reviewed individually against their billing periods. Refunds, where approved, are generally returned through the original payment method and payment provider.

7. One-off classes and fitness bookings A pay-as-you-go music purchase covers the specified class only and does not create a recurring membership. The class date, price and any booking-specific cancellation or rescheduling terms will be shown before payment. For one-to-one or organisational fitness sessions, dates, venue, fees, participant numbers, travel arrangements and cancellation terms should be confirmed in writing before the booking is accepted. No undisclosed late-cancellation charges apply.

8. Fitness participation, health and consent Before taking part in fitness or movement sessions, participants will be asked to complete an appropriate Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and informed participation consent, with support where needed. A parent or lawful representative may need to be involved as appropriate, while the participant’s own will, preferences and decision-making rights are respected. AllWays Able may request further information, adjustments or medical guidance where a material safety concern is identified. Screening does not replace professional medical advice. Participants and supporting organisations must inform us of relevant changes affecting safe participation. Photography/video consent is separate, optional and is not a condition of taking part.

9. Residential houses, carers and supervision A residential group membership applies only to the subscribing house, not to multiple houses within an organisation. Organisations remain responsible for their own staff, appropriate supervision, care arrangements, emergency response and safe participation of residents, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. AllWays Able provides the class or coaching service and does not assume responsibility for personal care or clinical supervision.

10. Respectful behaviour, safeguarding and Zoom privacy All participants, families, staff and facilitators are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, inappropriate recording, unauthorised sharing of Zoom details or behaviour that threatens safety may lead to removal from a session and further appropriate action. We may make reasonable adaptations to support participation. We do not routinely authorise participants to record classes; any official photography or recording requires an appropriate lawful basis and the relevant permissions. Safeguarding concerns will be handled under our safeguarding procedures and applicable reporting obligations.

11. Prerecorded fitness content Where a membership includes prerecorded exercise videos, these are for the subscriber’s permitted personal or residential-house use and must not be redistributed, resold, publicly uploaded or represented as clinical advice. Access lasts for the period and on the terms stated for the membership. Video content is general adapted fitness guidance; exercises should be modified or stopped where unsuitable, and participants should seek qualified medical advice where needed.

12. Payment, service changes and technical issues Payments are processed using the payment methods available through Wix or its payment providers. If a payment fails, access may be affected after appropriate notice. We may make reasonable operational changes, including instructor, platform or schedule changes, but will communicate material changes and respect customers’ legal remedies. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party internet or Zoom availability; where our service is materially unavailable, we will consider appropriate remedies.

13. Privacy and communications We process personal information in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Health information and completed fitness forms require additional protection and are handled privately. Essential purchase, safety and class-access communications are separate from optional marketing; marketing preferences can be managed independently. See our Privacy Policy for legal bases, recipients, retention periods and individual rights.

14. Liability and consumer protections AllWays Able takes reasonable care in delivering its services. Physical activity carries inherent risks, but these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for negligence where applicable, or remove consumers’ statutory rights and remedies. Participants should follow safety instructions, use appropriate space and equipment, and raise concerns promptly.

15. Complaints and contact Questions, cancellation requests and complaints can be sent to contact@allwaysableltd.com. Please include the purchaser’s name, order or membership details and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge non-urgent queries within 1–2 working days and work toward a fair resolution. Nothing prevents customers from using available statutory complaint or redress channels.

16. Changes to these terms The version made available at the time of purchase applies to that transaction, subject to applicable law and any valid subsequent agreement. We may update terms for future purchases; material changes affecting existing recurring arrangements will be communicated in advance as required. Irish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
